I delivered a seamless E2E experience for customers, offering a central hub for users to explore, customize, and manage their coffee subscriptions. Guided by user research and competitive analysis, I collaborated with Marketing, Operations, and Engineering to align subscription goals with user behavior insights and market trends. Through iterative wireframing and prototyping, I developed accessible, inclusive designs.
