OUR GORONGOSA // Coffee Subscription

My role as UX & Digital Design Manager was to design and ship an E2E web-based user experience for the entire process of creating, submitting, and managing a coffee subscription.

Design Process

  • User Research & Competitive Analysis

    I collaborated with Marketing, Operations, and Engineering to define the coffee subscription goals based on user behaviour data and competitive market research.

  • Wireframe & Prototype

    I designed wireframes and prototypes that were handed off to Engineering. Accessibility and inclusive design considerations were also tested during this stage.

  • Implement & Reiterate

    I continued to monitor performance to improve the user experience and optimize the conversion rate of the coffee subscription strategy.
